Terms and conditions
In short
BidPilot is a tool that helps you find Upwork jobs and prepare proposals. You decide what to send, and you are fully responsible for your Upwork account, your proposals and how you use BidPilot. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of jobs, replies or income. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your Upwork account. You can cancel any time; payments are not refunded.
These terms are an agreement between you and BidPilot ("BidPilot", "we", "us"), based in Lahore, Pakistan, about your use of the BidPilot website and app (the "Service"). By sending a purchase request, creating an account, signing in or using the Service in any way, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What BidPilot is, and what it is not
- BidPilot reads job listings from your own Upwork account through Upwork's official connection, checks them against rules you set, uses artificial intelligence (AI) to draft proposals, and alerts you.
- BidPilot never sends a proposal on its own. A proposal is only sent to Upwork when you open it, review it and tap Submit yourself. Every proposal you send is your own act and your own responsibility.
- BidPilot is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Upwork Inc. Upwork can change or stop its services, its rules or its access for third-party tools at any time, and that may affect or end the Service.
2. Your Upwork account is your responsibility
- You must follow Upwork's Terms of Service and all of its policies at all times. It is your job to read and understand them.
- Upwork may warn, limit, restrict, suspend or close your account for reasons that have nothing to do with BidPilot, or because of how you use BidPilot. We are not responsible for any such action, or for any loss that follows from it, including lost Connects, lost jobs, lost income, lost reviews or a lost account.
- You choose your settings (for example how many searches a day, which jobs, how much to bid, whether to boost). You are responsible for the results of those choices.
- Connects, boosts and fees charged by Upwork are between you and Upwork. We do not refund or pay for them.
3. AI-written content
- Drafts, fit scores, answers and suggestions are written by AI models from third-party providers (currently Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI), which we may change at any time. They can be wrong, incomplete, unsuitable or inaccurate. They are suggestions only.
- You must read and check every proposal before you send it. You are solely responsible for everything you send to clients, including that it is true, accurate, honest and allowed by Upwork.
- Only give BidPilot true information about yourself. Do not use the Service to send false claims, fake experience, spam or misleading content.
4. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by us after your purchase request and payment. You must give correct details and keep your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there.
- Your account is for you only. Do not share it, resell it or let others use it.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
5. Plans, payment, cancellation and refunds
- Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. We may change plans, prices, limits and features at any time; changes apply from your next billing period.
- There is no online payment on this site. After a purchase request we send you payment details by email or message. Your plan starts when we receive the payment and create your account.
- Launch offers and discounts are for a limited time and can end without notice.
- You can cancel any time by emailing info@bidpilot.pk. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, including for unused time, unused drafts or dissatisfaction. See the refund and cancellation policy.
- Plan limits (for example drafts per month) reset each period and do not carry over.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law or any Upwork rule while using the Service;
- try to make the Service submit proposals without your review, or bypass any of its limits or safety checks;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or attack the Service, or try to access other users' data;
- use the Service to send spam, harassment, false information or anything that infringes other people's rights.
We may suspend or close your account at once, without refund, if we believe you have broken these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
7. No guarantees
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate or available at any particular time, that it will find any job, or that you will get replies, interviews, contracts, income or any other result. Search, alerts and drafting depend on Upwork, AI providers, Telegram, email and hosting services that we do not control and that can fail or change at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- BidPilot, its owner and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, income, business, clients, jobs, Connects, reputation, data or account access, however it arises, even if we were told it was possible.
- We are not liable for any action taken by Upwork, any client, any AI provider or any other third party.
- Our total liability for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the one month before the event that caused the claim.
Some laws do not allow certain limits of liability. In that case, these limits apply as far as that law allows.
9. You protect us
You agree to defend and compensate BidPilot, its owner and its team for any claim, loss, cost or demand (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from your use of the Service, the proposals and content you send, your Upwork account, or your breach of these terms or of Upwork's rules.
10. Your data and our software
- How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
- You keep the rights to the information you add. You give us permission to use it to run the Service for you.
- The Service, its software, design and brand belong to BidPilot. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use it while your plan is active.
11. Changes and ending the Service
- We may change, pause or stop the Service, or any part of it, at any time, including if Upwork changes or ends access for tools like BidPilot.
- We may change these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new date, and applies from then. If you keep using the Service, you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to solve the problem.
13. Other
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up. These terms, with the privacy, refund and cookie policies, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
